Animal prints: The good, the bad and the ugly

  Hello everyone! Today I'm going to do a quick review on animal print fashion since I'm a very big fan of prints and I know most of you are so welcome to the fashion jury!

zara leopard print dress 

  This is actually one of my favourite, the leopard print dress. I have a similar one in my closet. Its very classy and I like the way it looks on the model so Its definitely a DO!

glamour magazine 

 Satin, lace, leopard print and cleavage? Well this would make a good lingerie, besides that DON'T!

This would have been a great outfit but I don't like the whole combination! Too busy.

rihanna, beyonce and miley 

This is my celebrity inspiration. Its definitely something I'd duplicate.

nicki minaj 

 Ok this is nicki minaj in the 2011 grammy awards. She is completely covered in prints... Whats your take on this look?

This isn't working for me!


   Its really easy to pull off an animal print look, it all depends on the combination. If you overdo it, you'll end up looking really tacky. It doesn't have to be a dress, you can always accessorize. Try animal print bags, shoes, belts or hair pieces. Don't forget to stick to a few colours and be confident!

Outfit of the day

  This is a simple black and white high waist skirt, a black camisole, and bow tie heels. Its a party look so I'm just going to do something similar

  I got the high waist black and white printed skirt, the black camisole, brown strapy sandals, I added a blazer and I got the bow on the purse so that's a bow tie inspired evening purse with some matching earrings! So that's it for my outfit of the day! 

Quick and easy make up

 Hey everyone! I've been experimenting with make up a lot these days and today I'm just going to show you my different looks plus they're all easy to recreate.

nude look

 So this is my first look and this is the nude look. You need little or no make up at all. With mac studio fix you're good to go!

multi purpose

 My eye shadow is actually a mixture of different colours but it doesn't look too colourful because of my blending technique.

This is basically just pink, grey and black for the eye shadow with black eyeliner and bright pink lips!

Simple day and night look

  Hard to believe but I had quite a struggle with the picture collage! Anyway this is basically my average day time look for this week. I'm a fan of prints and bright colours, so you're going to see lots of that in my blog. This isn't beauty on a budget so I'm not going to place the prices on the items, ill be doing that in my next post....

 I chose this look because its classy casual  and easy to recreate so if you have a theme like this, you can throw your personal style into it and you're good to go.

1. Compact powder: We've come to the end of this countdown with the most essential beauty product... If your're using any compact powder it HAS to blend with your skin tone. Mac has a variety of colours from light to dark skin tones so be sure to find the shade that suits you perfectly....
